04.03.2024 18:14:55 Після отриманого поранення військовослужбовець повинен подати заяву на проходження медико-соціальної експертизи (МСЕК). Зазвичай цим займається медичний офіцер чи лікар, який надає першу допомогу пораненим військовослужбовцям. Згідно з законодавством, військовослужбовець повинен подати заяву на МСЕК протягом 10 робочих днів з моменту отримання поранення. При цьому, сам процес проведення МСЕК може тривати різну кількість часу, в залежності від складності поранення та необхідностей проведення додаткових обстежень. Паспортна служба або командир підрозділу можуть надати додаткову інформацію щодо процесу подачі на МСЕК та його проведення.
