Знаходився в Лікарні на реабілітації 2місяці в м.Київ . Після з лікарні виписали 27.10. та приписали до іншої лікарні в м.Одеса. 30.10. Проте не був виданий документ про виписку.
У звязку з вище вказаними даними не було здійснено зарахування ЗП за вересень місяць.

Документи про місце вашого лікування повинен бути. Крім того має бути довідка про обставини травми. Інакше нарахувати зарплату вам не вдасться.
22.11.2023 12:21:30 Доброго дня! В даній ситуації рекомендую звернутися до військової лікарні, де Ви перебували на реабілітації, та до лікарні в Одесі, куди Вас приписали після виписки. Потрібно отримати вичерпну інформацію про причину неотримання документа про виписку та з'ясувати причину незарахування ЗП за вересень місяць. Якщо у Вас є правовий захист, можна також звернутися до адвоката або спеціаліста з трудового права для консультації та допомоги у цьому питанні. Найкраще буде мати всю необхідну інформацію та документальне підтвердження для подальших дискретних дiй.
