06.04.2023 18:11:09 Умови, розміри і порядок пенсійного забезпечення осіб, звільнених із військової служби, та деяких інших осіб визначаються Законом України „Про пенсійне забезпечення осіб, звільнених з військової служби, та деяких інших осібˮ Згідно Закону існують три види пенсії: за вислугу років; по інвалідності; в разі втрати годувальника. Пенсії за вислугу років призначаються після звільнення зі служби, незалежно від віку, при наявності календарної вислуги 25 років і більше. Як наслідок Ви не маєте право на пенсію за Законом України „Про пенсійне забезпечення осіб, звільнених з військової служби, та деяких інших осібˮ.
