Питання в тому, чи буде проблемою те, що мама вже виізжала закордон під час війни без сина і повернулась назад? Тобто відмітка в закордонному паспорті є”

Мама має право виїжджати сама. А право на виїзд як супровід інваліда надано Постановою КМУ № 57. Ніде не вказано якісь обмеження в тому, що не можна супроводжувати маму інваліда, якщо вона цього не потребує фізично. Не вказано, що особа має бути такою, що потребує догляд чи щось таке, якщо вона є інвалідом. Тому проблем бути не повинно.
