Можливо, потрібно буде призначити тимчасового опікуна або знайти інші шляхи догляду за постарілою людиною під час вашої відсутності. Важливо забезпечити безпеку та догляд за ними у вашу відсутність. 02.03.2024 19:59:23 Доброго вечора! Так, має повне право виїду за кордон на даній підставі, однак на кордоні потрібно буде доводити факт того, що опіку здійснює лише Ваш чоловік і ніхто окрім нього ніхто не може здійснювати опіку!
