02.01.2023 17:35:12 Порядок встановлено: Пункт 2-1, 2-2 «Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України», затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.01.1995 № 57 Виїзд за межі України громадян України чоловічої статі віком від 18 до 60 років, зазначених в абзацах третьому - сьомому, дев’ятому і десятому цього пункту та пункті 2--2 цих Правил, може здійснюватися самостійно без осіб з інвалідністю, дітей з інвалідністю, осіб, які потребують постійного догляду, чи дітей, визначених пунктом 2--2 цих Правил, на підставі довідки про перебування таких осіб з інвалідністю, дітей з інвалідністю, осіб, які потребують постійного догляду, чи дітей, визначених пунктом 2---2 цих Правил, на консульському обліку, документів (їх нотаріально засвідчених копій), що дають право на виїзд, які передбачені відповідно в абзацах третьому - сьомому, дев’ятому і десятому цього пункту та пункті 2-2 цих Правил, та документів, зазначених у пункті 2 цих Правил.
