15.03.2022 09:31:07 Якщо працівники не можуть доїхати на роботу, але можуть виконувати свою роботу дистанційно, — просіть зробити наказ про дистанційну роботу(ч. 11 ст. 60-2 КЗпП).Для працівників, які не можуть працювати дистанційно, оголошують простій. Простій — це призупинення роботи, викликане відсутністю організаційних або технічних умов, необхідних для виконання роботи, невідворотною силою або іншими обставинами (ч. 1 ст. 34 КЗпП). Оплата простою в розмірі не нижче від двох третин тарифної ставки встановленого працівникові розряду (окладу) (ч. 1 ст. 113 КЗпП). Працівник не може працювати дистанційно, але не хоче втрачати частину заробітку: щорічну ; соціальну . Або відпустки без збереження зарплати. На час карантину ( до 31.03.2022 року постанова КМУ від 09.12.2020 № 1236)термін перебування у відпустці без збереження заробітної плати за згодою сторін не обмежується 15 календарними днями (ч. 3 ст. 26 Закону України «Про відпустки» від 15.11.1996 № 504/96-ВР).

15.03.2022 09:46:54 Доброго ранку. По КЗпП за свій рахунок Ви можете брати 15 днів у рік, але є ще щорічна відпустка та додаткова. Є варіант писати заяву за свій рахунок у зв'язку з карантином так можна до 31.05.2022 року (у мене на підприємстві ми так дозволяєм своїм працівникам). Дякую.
