24.03.2023 11:09:33 Доброго дня! Так можливо. Є два варіанти: 1. Якщо ви домовились з дружиною і вона не проти, то можливо укласти нотаріальний договір про визначення місця проживання дитини. 2. Якщо ні, то необхідно йти до суду з позовом про встановлення місця проживання дитини.

24.03.2023 21:22:22 Вітаю. На жаль, але тут зробити щось буде складно. Справа в тому, що повернути дитину, навіть якщо Ви подасте до суду і суд визнає її місце проживання з Вами, буде не просто. Тут треба звертатись до поліції, і передавати інформацію до іноземних колег. Зараз треба пробувати, але гарантій на позитивне вирішення Вам ніхто не дасть.
24.03.2023 22:13:08 Добрый вечер да вы это сможете сделать. Если докажите что ваша жена находясь за границей не выполняет свои материнские обязанности. Вам лучше заключить договор с семейным адвокатом. И он вам разрешит всю вашу ситуацию.
