Обмежена придатність не дає права на виїзд за кордон. Є інші підстави, але вони не стосуються вашого здоров'я

07.12.2022 18:39:29 Доброго дня. Підставою для виїзду за кордон є рішення ВЛК про визнання непридатним і виключення на цій підставі з військової служби або тимчасово непридатним до військової служби. Самі по собі захворювання або хворобливий стан на які Ви посилаєтесь не є підставами для виїзду
07.12.2022 19:09:12 Нет, признание непригодным и исключение из военного учета дает право на пересечение границы неограниченное количество случаев при наличии военно-учетного документа (временного удостоверения военнообязанного или военного билета) с отметкой об исключении из военного учета на основании п.3 ч.6 ст.37 ЗУ "О воинской обязанности и военной службе" и справкой ВЛК(Приложение №4 к Приказу Минобороны Украины от 14.08.2008 № 402(далее-Положение)) https://zakon. rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1109-08#Text)) о признании непригодным с исключением из военного учета с указанием соответствующей п. "а" ст. Положение. Или же такие же документы, но с отметкой временно непригодный к воинской службе. В Вашем случае Вы ограничено пригодный к воинской службе, что не дает право на выезд.
