Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня. Яким чином можна перевестись контрактнику в іншу в/ч під час воєного стану. Цікавить перевод з бойової частини в такуж бойову. Я хочу виконувати свої обовьязки, але з іншим керівництвом. Так як на разі, керівництво є не компетентним, чому свідкують дуже багато дезиртирств з цієї в/ч.”

29.08.2022 10:24:13 Вам потрібно відношення з В/Ч в яку бажаєте перевестись, та як показує практика, зацікавленість керівництва, щоб Ви до нього прийшли. При наявності відношення пишете рапорт про клопотання перед вищим керівництвом про здійснення переводу та додаєте це відношення. Порядок призначення на рівнозначні посади/переводи здійснюється з підстав, зазначених в п 82 Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби. Рекомендую ознайомитись з переліком обставин для переводу, щоб додатково вказати в рапорті
02.09.2022 20:55:00 Переведення до іншої частини, в тому числі бойової, чи місцевості відбувається за рішенням командира частини, де Ви служите, або керівника вищестоячої воєнної ланки. Тому, якщо Ви хочете перевестися в іншу частину, Вам треба написати рапорт на ім1я командира, виклавши підстави такого переведення.
