Запрошення для іноземця оформляється на підставі заяви фізичної особи, паспортного документа, свідоцтва на постійне або тимчасове проживання, копію сторінок паспортного документа іноземця/документа особи без громадянства, інформації, що підтверджує достатність фінансового забезпечення для покриття витрат, пов'язаних з перебуванням запрошеної особи, квитанція про сплату держмита.
