26.01.2021 20:00:43 Відповідно до закону України про захист прав споживачів у вас є 14 днів на повернення товару, тому не приймати його вони не можуть, адже це порушення ваших прав. Раджу підготувати письмову претензію, де відобразити чому ви бажаєте повернути товар та спрямувати її до магазину. Якщо вони продовжуватимуть ігнорувати вас, то можна звернутися до держпродспоживслужби із скаргою на магазин де вказати всі факти та обставини порушення. Ця служба проведе перевірку та може застосувати до магазину санкції. Якщо й це не допоможе то треба звернутися до суду із позовною заявою про захист прав споживача.

Ви маєте право протягом 14 днів (не рахуючи дня купівлі) повернути товар належної якості, якщо він не був використаний та збережено його товарний вигляд, споживчі властивості, пломби, ярлики. Для повернення товару Ви повинні мати сам товар, упаковку товару, товарний чек (накладну), та звернутися до магазину посилаючись на Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" з вимогою розірвати договір та повернути кошти за товар. Звертайтеся саме до адміністратора. У випадку усної відмови раджу Вам написати письмову заяву (у 2-х примірниках, на другому примірнику магазин поставить відмітку про отримання заяви) про розірвання договору та повернення коштів. У заяві зазначити коли, де та який товар був придбаний, за яку ціну, а також зазначити, що товар Вам не підійшов за розміром і тому не може бути використаний за призначенням. У подальшому Ви маєте право звернутися до Держпродспоживслужби (для зручності є електронне звернення) та до суду. Бажаю Вам успіху!
