Для цього потрібно звернутися до відповідних військових органів або до установи соціального захисту населення заявою про отримання компенсації. У заяві необхідно буде вказати всю необхідну інформацію про загиблого брата, його родинний стан та контактну інформацію родичів. Потрібно також мати при собі документи, які підтверджують факт смерті брата на війні. При позитивному розгляду заяви, компенсацiя буде надана родичам загиблого брата.
