Окрім того, можна подати заяву про вчинення злочину, передбаченого ст. 403 Кримінального кодексу України — невиконання наказу командира. У такому разі необхідно зазначити, чому на Вашу думку має місце вчинення злочину Вашим командиром, який без жодних підстав не виконує наказ (має бути вказана дата та номер наказу) про Ваше переведення. Оскільки військовослужбовці мають право надсилати заяви чи скарги або особисто звертатися до посадових осіб, органів військового управління, органів управління Служби правопорядку, органів, які проводять досудове слідство, та інших державних органів у разі: ухвалення незаконних рішень; порушення прав, законних інтересів та свобод; незаконного покладення на них обов’язків або незаконного притягнення до відповідальності.Також Ви як військовий можете зателефонувати на «гарячу лінію» Міністерства оборони України за номером: 0 800 500 44.

Офіційне повідомлення: Якщо є можливість, надішліть офіційне повідомлення (рапорт) про вашу ситуацію в частину. 4. Завершення ВЛК: Спробуйте якнайшвидше завершити ВЛК, отримавши всі необхідні документи. 5. Правова консультація: За можливості, зверніться до військового юриста для отримання додаткової консультації. 6. Документування: Зберігайте всі документи та записи розмов, які підтверджують вашу ситуацію. Головне - діяти швидко, відкрито комунікувати з командуванням та дотримуватися військової дисципліни.
