03.02.2021 18:21:55 Етапи зміни цільового призначення земельної ділянки: 1)Звернутись до нотаріуса та оформити письмову заяву про зміну цільового призначення, яку засвідчить нотаріус; 2)Звернутись до землевпорядної орагіназції за розробленням проекту відводу земельної ділянки; 3)Отримати від землевпорядної організації технічну документацію з відведення земельної ділянки; 4)Подати заяву про зміну призначення та технічну документацію до міської ради (якщо земельна ділянка в межах населеного пункту) або до районної державної адміністрації (якщо земельна ділянка за межами населеного пункту); 5)Отримати рішення про зміну цільового призначення земельної ділянки; 6)Подати заяву про реєстрацію зміни призначення до державного кадастрового реєстратора - до заяви додати примірник технічної документації та рішення про зміну цільового призначення; 7)Отримати у реєстратора витяг про зміну цільового призначення. Це останній етап. Вам доведеться сплатити послуги нотаріуса та за розробку технічної документації.

03.02.2021 22:51:03 На сьогодні дозвіл на зміну цільового призначення земельної ділянки вже не потрібен. Зміна призначення відбувається за проектом землеустрою щодо відведення земельної ділянки. Підставою для розроблення проекту землеустрою є нотаріально посвідчена заява на зміну цільового призначення земельної ділянки. Для розроблення проекту необхідно звернутися до землевпорядної організації або фопів, які займаються такими питаннями. Вартість від 4000 гривень, залежить де робити. Розроблений проект треба погодити в місцевому управлінні держгеоквдастру, відділі архітектури та містобудування, лісгосп, водгосп, охорони культурної спадщини, екології. Це приклади організацій адже у питанні ви не кажете де розташована земельна ділянка. Знадобиться також затверджений план зонування території у вашій місцевості.
