13.03.2023 18:51:24 Згідно законодавства за наявності рішення суду щодо оспорювання батьківства або материнства в актовому записі про народження дитини виправляються відомості, про які зазначено в рішенні суду. Для цього Вам необхідно звернутися до органів державної реєстрації актів цивільного стану України.
13.03.2023 19:00:39 Зміни до актового запису цивільного стану вносяться відділом державної реєстрації актів цивільного стану за місцем зберігання відповідного актового запису. Питання про внесення змін до актових записів про народження розглядається у тримісячний строк з дня подання відповідної заяви до відділу державної реєстрації актів цивільного стану. Підставами для внесення змін в актові записи про народження є: рішення суду про виключення відомостей про батька (матір) дитини з актового запису про народження.
