23.08.2024 14:10:35 Так, згідно з новою постановою Кабінету Міністрів України, контрактники, які підписали контракт після 24 лютого 2022 року та термін дії їх контракту закінчився, мають право на розрив контракту за їх бажанням без негативних наслідків для них. Тому ви можете звільнитись на цій підставі. Будьте уважним і ознайомтеся з умовами вашого контракту перед прийняттям рішення про звільнення.

23.08.2024 14:51:22 Вітаю! На жаль, на цій підставі звільнитися не можете . Згідно ч. 8 статті 23 Закону України "Про військовий обов'язок і військову службу" для військовослужбовців, які проходять військову службу за контрактом, дія контракту продовжується понад встановлені строки: • на період проведення мобілізації, крім випадків, визначених пунктом 3 частини п’ятої статті 26 цього Закону; • до дня завершення виконання завдань в інтересах оборони України, безпосередньої участі у веденні воєнних (бойових) дій, у тому числі на території проведення антитерористичної операції, а також у районах здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії держави, що формально чи фактично є учасником воєнних дій проти України; • на період дії воєнного стану, крім випадків, визначених пунктом 3 частини п’ятої статті 26 цього Закону.
