28.04.2023 13:22:08 Доброго дня. Відповідно до ст. 26 Закону "Про військовий обов'язок та військову службу", для військовослужбовців контрактної служби такої підстави не передбачено
28.04.2023 13:22:13 Наразі згідно законодавства контракт може бути розірвано лише з тими військовослужбовцями, які самостійно виховують дитину (дітей) віком до 18 років. Якщо Ваш випадок - контракт розірвати зможете.
