Recently, our team was asked a question: “Доброго дня, я звільнився з ЗСУ за станом здоров‘я, мобілізували мене незаконно оскільки я інвалід. Я втратив майже 6 місяців щоб довести свою непригодність, це в мене вийшло. Підкажіть, чи є сенс подаватися до суду на військомат за таку їх бездіяльність і незаконну мобілізацію. При тому що я втратив свою роботу.”

07.06.2023 15:26:56 Доброго дня! вважаю, що немає сенсу, інвалідів мобілізують за їх згодою, якщо Ви не писали відмову про проходження військової служби, значить Ви добровільно пішли служити. Можна розглянути питання про незаконне звільнення з роботи, оскільки, місце зберігається на період мобілізації працівника, поновитись на роботі та отримати компенсацію.
