Since 2019, I have been holding the position of Deputy Director for Consulting at the law firm Audit Consulting Center LLC. I have experience in the following areas: - contractual works (preparation, approval, conclusion, support of contracts for the supply, lease, services, contract / subcontract, transportation, storage, leasing, foreign economic activity); - claim work; - support of inspections of the company by regulatory authorities (including appealing the results in administrative and judicial proceedings); - development/approval of internal regulatory documents.
