The creation of a limited liability company is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Limited and Additional Liability Companies".
The main provisions regarding the creation of a company in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine:

A change in the authorized capital of an LLC in Ukraine can occur in several stages. Here are the general steps you usually need to follow:
Preparation of the decision of the participants: The participants of the LLC must gather at the general meeting and decide on the change of the authorized capital. It can be a decision to increase or decrease the authorized capital, as well as to change its distribution among participants.
Amendment of the charter: After the decision of the participants of the LLC, it is necessary to make changes to the charter of the company. This includes changing the section of the articles of association dealing with authorized capital.

Adding KVED (Classifier of types of economic activity) to the documents related to the establishment of the company is an important step for the proper description of the main economic activity of the company. KVED is used to classify types of economic activity and helps in the unification and standardization of information about enterprises.
To add KVED to the documents related to the creation of the company, you can perform the following steps:
Choosing the appropriate KVED: First, you need to choose the appropriate KVED code that best matches your company's core business. KVED codes can be found in the relevant classifiers published by the state statistics authorities.
Inscription in documents: After choosing the appropriate KVED, this code must be indicated in all relevant documents, such as articles of association, application for registration, memorandum of association and others.
Submission to the registration body: The KVED code should also be indicated in the application for company registration, which you submit to the relevant registration body.
Registration with KVED: The registration authority will take into account the specified KVED code when registering your company and include it in the registration data.
