Their list is in the classification of types of economic activity, i.e. - KVED. However, nowadays this practice is actively growing, primarily because the change of KVED to LLC, FOP or PP has become a fairly common procedure. Companies may need to replace KVED in Ukraine for various reasons, for example:

● Changing the type of income-generating activity in other areas of work.

● Expansion of production - addition of new areas of activity.

How to replace KVED codes

If an amendment to the KVED is to be added to the articles of association, a list of the activities to be introduced should be drawn up and then the articles of association amended accordingly. After that, the company informs the local tax authorities about the introduced changes, since in some cases such a measure entails a change in the amount and order of tax payment.
