Deleting, adding and changing the KVED
Sometimes prudent entrepreneurs include in the company's registration documents almost all types of activities that may be related to the job profile. Their list is in the classification of types of economic activity, i.e. - KVED. However, nowadays this practice is actively growing, primarily because the change of KVED to LLC, FOP or PP has become a fairly common procedure. Companies may need to replace KVED in Ukraine for various reasons, for example:
● Changing the type of income-generating activity in other areas of work.
● Expansion of production - addition of new areas of activity.
● Current norms prescribe how to correctly add or change the list of main types of activities, as well as in which cases it is possible to change KVEDs online. We will mention some nuances below.
How to replace KVED codes
Changing, adding the type of activity of an LLC or another type of business is most often carried out without the personal participation of the management, who can focus on business, and leave the paperwork to professionals. We note that the change of KVED can be of two types:
● Without entry into the charter.
● With an entry in the charter.
If the KVED is changed in Ukraine in a FOP or NP, which does not have a charter, then their registration involves only making changes to the registration documents. If an amendment to the KVED is to be added to the articles of association, a list of the activities to be introduced should be drawn up and then the articles of association amended accordingly. The procedure for changing the KVED

The result of the work is obtaining an extract from the unified register, which confirms the change of the KVED of the legal entity. After that, the company informs the local tax authorities about the introduced changes, since in some cases such a measure entails a change in the amount and order of tax payment.
