Housing certificates: the Chamber of Notaries has prepared an information sheet regarding the changes introduced by Law No. 3588-IX
Introduction
On April 15, 2024, Law No. 3588-IX "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Legal Regulation of Issues Related to the Prohibition of Alienation of Real Estate Objects Purchased (including Invested/Financed) Using a Housing Certificate" entered into force for the purchase of a residential real estate object".
