Preparation of the redevelopment project:
1. Application to a licensed project organization for the development of a redevelopment project.
2. Obtaining conclusions from technical supervision confirming the possibility of redevelopment without harming the building.
Obtaining permits:
1. Submission of an application and project documentation to local self-government bodies or to the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services (CSP).
2. Obtaining a permit for redevelopment (issued by local authorities after reviewing project documentation).
Carrying out works:
1. Realization of replanning in accordance with the approved project.
2. Control over compliance with building regulations and rules during work.
Registration of changes in the documentation:
1. After completion of replanning, it is necessary to invite representatives of technical supervision to check the completed works.
2. Obtaining the act of completed works.
3. Amendments to the technical passport of the apartment and the Register of property rights to immovable property.
Registration:
1.Applying to the local branch of BTI (Bureau of Technical Inventory) to issue new technical passports for the apartment.
2. Making changes to the state real estate register.
Important points:
The redevelopment project must be developed by professional architects and engineers and coordinated with all relevant services. It is forbidden to demolish load-bearing walls, change the configuration of engineering communications without the appropriate permission, change the appearance of the facade, etc. Carrying out redevelopment without proper permits can lead to fines and the requirement to return the apartment to its previous state.
