12.11.2025 13:10:14 Якщо батька, який має інвалідність І групи та виключений з військового обліку, вже три дні утримують у ТЦК, це є незаконним позбавленням волі. ТЦК не має повноважень утримувати осіб без рішення суду, тим більше осіб з інвалідністю. Необхідно негайно звернутися до поліції із заявою про незаконне затримання (ст. 371 ККУ), вказавши місце утримання, обставини та стан здоров’я. Також потрібно повідомити військову прокуратуру і Офіс Омбудсмена. Паралельно слід залучити адвоката або звернутися до системи безоплатної правової допомоги (0 800 213 103), щоб подати офіційне клопотання про звільнення. Надання копій посвідчення інваліда, рішення МСЕК і довідки про виключення з обліку є достатніми підставами для негайного звільнення.
