Чоловік бабусі похилого віку, а діти бабусі перебувають за кордоном, і найближчий родич її це моя дружина проте вона не працює офіційно. Чи могли б мене звільнити зі служби за доглядом за бабусею дружини враховуючи що я найближчий родич який на це погоджується і має офіційну роботу”

13.11.2023 09:46:06 Для того, щоб доглядати навпаки треба не мати роботи, оскільки мова йде про постійний догляд, а це і є робота. Тут мова не про утримання, а догляд. Тому на мою думку навряд чи...вийде звільнитися з цієї підстави.

16.11.2023 22:20:20 Пенсійне посвідчення є надійнішим документом для підтвердження інвалідності, аніж довідка МСЕК. Ви повинні підготувати всі документи та подати рапорт про звільнення з військової служби за призовом під час мобілізації на підставі абзацу 5 підпункту «г» пункту 2 частини четвертої статті 26 Закону України «Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу», у зв’язку з наявністю у мене Вас із батьків дружини із числа осіб з інвалідністю II групи.
