13.03.2025 12:38:27 Якщо вам потрібно оформити закордонний паспорт, вам краще звернутися до ТЦК особисто, щоб уникнути можливих недорозумінь та проблем з отриманням необхідної інформації. Якщо ви оформите дистанційно відстрочку, то можливо, що повідомлення про неповність даних може пропасти з резерву. Тому краще уточнити цю інформацію у ТЦК перед прийняттям рішення про оформлення відстрочки.

13.03.2025 12:45:03 Вітаю, не всі види відстрочки можливо оформити дистанційно (лише по інвалідності, студенти і батько 3-ох дітей від одного шлюбу) - все інше особисто потрібно йти в ТЦК. Для того, щоб дізнатися інформацію що саме у Вас за прогалина в реєстрі Оберіг можна надіслати адвокатський запит до ТЦК, а далі вже розуміти, що і як можна зробити ц Вашому випадку

13.03.2025 17:48:37 Вітаю! Якщо в системі "Резерв+" відображається повідомлення про неповні дані та необхідність з’явитися в ТЦК, це означає, що ваша інформація потребує оновлення або підтвердження. Оформлення відстрочки дистанційно можливе, якщо у вас є правові підстави для неї (наприклад, інвалідність, навчання, догляд за родичем тощо). Однак у більшості випадків ТЦК все одно вимагає особистої присутності, щоб підтвердити документи та внести зміни в базу даних. Якщо відстрочку буде оформлено дистанційно, теоретично статус у "Резерв+" має оновитися, але система може не оновити дані автоматично. Тому рекомендується після подачі документів перевірити свій статус через офіційні канали або уточнити оновлення у військкоматі через письмовий запит. Якщо вам потрібно виїхати за кордон, а система не оновлює статус, можна звернутися до юриста або консультуватися з ТЦК щодо альтернативних шляхів підтвердження відстрочки без особистої присутності.
