01.12.2022 22:10:14 доброго дня. відповідно на досудовому розслідуванні повинні бути проведенні відповідні експертизи для встановлення всіх обставин наїзду, а саме головне причини смерті та чи є причинно-наслідковий зв'язок вашого наїзду зі смертю особи. у випадку коли експертизами буде встановлено, що між вашими діями та смертю не має зв'язку, вас не повинні притягати до відповідальності. але нажаль існують випадки коли притягують до відповідальності та обвинувачують у наїзді та смерті. у такому випадку вже у суді необхідно доводити невинуватість та домагатися виправдування.
