Розкажіть про ситуацію і попросіть їх вжити заходи для запобігання булінгу та насильства на робочому місці. Якщо ви не хочете давати здачу, це розумно. Намагайтеся уникати конфліктних ситуацій з цією дівчиною, тримайтеся подалі від неї і намагайтеся спрямовувати свою увагу на свою роботу. Також можна подумати про консультування з психологом або психотерапевтом, щоб отримати психологічну підтримку та поради щодо управління стресом і конфліктами на робочому місці.

29.12.2024 20:25:41 Вітаю! У Вашому випадку має місце мобінг та фізичне насилля. Згідно статті 2-2 КЗпП Вчинення мобінгу (цькування) заборонено. Записуйте на відеокамеру кожен випадок мобінгу або фізичного насильства: дату, час, місце та деталі інциденту. Заручіться підтримкою інших співробітників, щоб вони підтвердили факт насилля. Якщо фізичне насильство продовжується, зверніться до поліції та подайте заяву про хуліганство. Зверніться з письмовою скаргою до вашого керівника чи HR-відділу, надавши їм документовані факти про інциденти. Також, Ви маєте право звернутися із скаргою до територіального органу Держпраці та/або до суду. На кривдника чекатиме дисциплінарна (догана та звільнення), адміністративна та в певних випадках кримінальна відповідальність.

Ось кроки, які можна зробити: Фіксація фактів: Збирайте докази: відео, аудіозаписи, свідчення колег, які підтверджують факти булінгу та фізичного насильства. Якщо вас побили, негайно зверніться до лікаря, щоб зафіксувати тілесні ушкодження. Медична довідка буде важливим доказом. Звернення до керівництва: Напишіть офіційну скаргу до керівництва або до відділу кадрів з детальним описом ситуації. Вимагайте проведення службового розслідування. Звернення до поліції: Якщо фізичне насильство триває, подайте заяву до поліції за статтею 126 ККУ (побої і мордування) або статтею 173-4 КУпАП (булінг). У заяві детально опишіть всі випадки і додайте зібрані докази. Юридична допомога: Зверніться до адвоката, який допоможе скласти скарги, заяви або представлятиме ваші інтереси в разі судового розгляду.
