Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрый день. Заказывала стальную ванную и другую мелкую сантехнику в Алло. Доставка новой почтой была. Во время доставки гвозди на обрешётке поцарапали ванную. Есть фото, где видно, что это повреждения именно из-за доставки( или того, кто плохо забил гвоздь в обрешётке). Кроме того накладную мне не дали и расписались за меня. Пытаюсь добиться компенсации средств за ванную от новой почты. Мне помог составить претензию юрист алло. Но пока новая почта говорит , что может возместить только 1200грн”
