Recently, our team was asked a question: “На мене було вчинено напад ( сусідка вдарила тупим предметом в скроню), в Хмельницькій області. Заяву до міліції подавала за місцям скоєння злочину.
Чи може проходити суд розгляд моєї справи за моїм фактичним місцем проживання в м. Києві, і які документи після подання заяви до поліції мені повинні видати на руки за законодавством?(Внесення до реєстру, документ про зняття побоїв?)
* побої знімала через 48 годин після скоєння злочину у суд мед експерта.”

Что касается судебного разбирательства по месту вшего жительства то теоритически возможно,но практически нет по месту совершения преступленияюТам и прокурор и следователь которые будут выступать в суде и эксперт и свидетели. У вас есть адвокат?

26.10.2022 17:05:34 Місце розгляду справи - за місцем скоєння. Перенсти справу до Києва - малоймовірно. Щодо ддокументів - талон про реєстрацію Вашої заяви в поліції, витяг з ЄРДР (після внесення інформації до реєстру), направлення на СМЕ. Після проходження СМЕ варто взяти екземпляр для себе на майбутнє. Копія такого висновку краще подати до поліції. оскліьки без такого документу можуь справу одразу і закрити. Для більш детальної консульатції потрібно ознайомитись з наявними обставинами
