Recently, our team was asked a question: “Вітаю. Маю інвалідність другої групи, в дії інформація відображається, посвідчення інвалідна на руках. Питання таке. Чи можу з цими документами перетинати кордон, без оновлення даних в ТЦК і без штрафів з коду. Чи змінилась процедура перед ну кордону для інвалідна другої групи після прийняття нового закону.”

11.06.2024 11:27:36 Для перетину кордону з інвалідністю другої групи вам потрібно мати при собі посвідчення інваліда та документи, які підтверджують вашу особистість. Зазвичай, для перетину кордону не потрібно оновлювати дані в ТЦК або отримувати спеціальний код. Проте, рекомендую перед виїздом уточнити актуальну інформацію на сайті Державної прикордонної служби України або звернутися до консультанта на пункті пропуску через кордон. Також можливо сконтактуватися з представниками МОЗ або МСП за цим питанням.
11.06.2024 13:11:13 Вітаю, згідно з роз'ясненнями органів прикордонної служби не підлягатиме перевірці військово-облікових документів люди з інвалідністю будь-якої групи. Порядок виїзду зазначеної категорії осіб залишається незмінним.
11.06.2024 19:03:11 Доброго дня. Процедура перетину кордону дещо змінилася, а саме: без оновлених документів з ТЦК не випускають. Перелік документів для виїзду: довідка форми №157-1/о, посвідчення, що підтверджує статус інваліда, а також пенсійне посвідчення або документ, що підтверджує призначення соціальної допомоги. При цьому документ про інвалідність має бути отриманим саме в Україні. Коли групу інвалідності призначили за кордоном, то чоловік не зможе виїхати з України. Якщо чоловік має тільки відмітку від ТЦК та СП “знятий з військового обліку” – це не підстава безперешкодно перетнути кордон. Оскільки вона не підтверджує факту інвалідності чи непридатності до військової служби у ВЧ за станом здоров’я. Тому слід звернутися до ТЦК та СП по відповідні документи.
