01.11.2022 18:02:56 Необхідно ознайомитись з відмовами для переводу. Можливо є підстави для звернення з скаргами. За необхідності звертайтесь особисто.
01.11.2022 18:20:57 Направляйте рапорт поштою рекомендованим листом з описом-вкладенням на адресу ВЧ. Або можливо вручити рапорт під підпис, або здати в канцелярію та отримати відмітку на Вашій копії рапорту про прийняття його. Якщо щось із переліченого Ви робили і у Вас підтвердження, то письмово звертатись із заявою про повідомлення про результати розгляду.
01.11.2022 20:03:17 Питання про погодження переводу відноситься до компетенції командира. Тобто відмовити у переводі командування має право. Але варто також враховувати, яка підстава для переводу, крім наявності відношення. В ОБОВ'ЯЗКОВОМУ порядку перевод здійснюється при наявності висновку ВЛК про відповідність посади до стану здоров'я. Підстави для переводу визначені в п82 Положення про проходження служби в ЗСУ
02.11.2022 11:29:45 Добрий день! Потрібно дублювати рапорт вищому командуванню с підтвердженням подання рапорту безпосередньому командиру, якщо це не працює до генерального штабу, до міністрества оброни.
03.11.2022 08:54:36 Звернутись до командира вищої ланки, якому підпорядкований той командир, що не пропускає ваші рапорти. Порядок звернення той самий — письмовий рапорт з заявою про переведення. В рапорті зазначити, що причина звернення — безпідставне ігнорування рапорту безпосереднім командиром. До рапорту додати копію відношення.
04.11.2022 21:15:18 Скаржитись на дії безпосереднього командира, як неправомірні до : - Усна скарга на гарячі лінії Міністерства оборони України за цими номерами: 0-800-500-442, 0-800-500-410, 044-454-44-99. - Звернення на електронну пошту Міністерства оборони України: zvernmou@post.mil.gov.ua, vzg@mil.gov.ua. У зверненні має бути зазначено прізвище, ім’я, по батькові, місце проживання військовослужбовця, викладено суть скарги. На письмовому зверненні має бути підпис заявника та дата. Строк розгляду – один місяць. Контролювати процес можна за номером (044) 253-11-56. - Звернення до регіональних приймалень Міноборони України.
