02.12.2023 14:07:41 Так, працівник може не погодитися з наказом керівника про призупинення дії трудового договору. В такому випадку, працівник має право оскаржити це рішення в судовому порядку. Порядок оскарження наказу про призупиненням дії трудового договору може бути наступним: 1. Збереження всіх документів: працівник повинен зберегти копію наказу про призупиненням трудового договору, а також будь-які інші докази, які можуть показати його правоту (наприклад, листи, пов'язані з роботою). 2. Консультація з юристом: рекомендується проконсультуватися з юристом або фахівцем у галузі трудового права для отримання конкретної поради щодо подальших кроків. 3. Подання позовної заяви до суду: якщо практичний юрист підтверджує, що існує підстави для оскарження наказу про призупиненням трудового договору, працівник може подати позовну заяву до суду. 4. Призупинення трудового договору можливе тільки за відсутності роботи та її виконання. Якщо таких умов не має договір призупиняти заборонено
