Recently, our team was asked a question: “У меня после последней транзакции было 10345 гривен, с утра я заметил что уже 10045 гривен, меньше на 300 гривен. В службе поддержки мне не говорят ничего конкретно. Что мне делать? Может ли это считаться мошенничеством?”

21.01.2022 19:07:14 Вам необхідно зробити виписку з рахунку та дізнатися куди надіслані кошти сума платежу може бути абонплатою як банку так і будь-якої компанії послуги за які ви оплачували онлайн, та проставили відмітку про автоматичне списання коштів, також ви могли проводити оплату з відтермінуванням, або зазначена сума списується на погашення кредиту тощо. Варто однозначно з'ясувати кому надіслані кошти. Також рекомендую заблокувати картку та замовити нову так як якщо хто має ваші дані то й в подальшому зможе їх використовувати. Коли ви з'ясуєте кому були надіслані кошти варто звернутися до отримувача з вимогою повернення помилково сплачених коштів. Також рекомендую з блокуванням картки не зволікати. Без з'ясування кому та за яких умов надіслані кошти вказувати про шахрайство не можливо, так як причина даного переказу коштів може бути ваша ініціатива або необережність.

По закону банк обязан вернуть деньги, если вы выполнили два условия: Сообщили банку о краже денег с карты не позднее следующего дня после того, как банк уведомил вас о подозрительной операции. Не успеете — банк имеет право вам отказать. Не нарушали правила безопасности при использовании карты. В частности, не сообщали мошенникам данные карты, не хранили ПИН-код вместе с картой, не писали код на самой карте, не позволяли никому делать ксерокопии или фотографировать вашу карту. Если банк докажет обратное, то не вернет вам украденные деньги.Как именно вы должны сообщить о краже — по телефону или лично в отделении — прописано в вашем договоре. Чтобы не терять времени, лучше сразу позвонить в банк и уточнить порядок действий у оператора. Спасибо.

26.01.2022 15:28:08 Если совершено мошенничество с вашей банковской картой, незамедлительно пишите заявление в полицию. При этом можно сразу приобщить к заявлению копию выписки по счету, полученную заранее в банке, где будет видно движение денежных средств по счету.
