Recently, our team was asked a question: “Працюю в одній із популярний компаній роздрібної торгівлі .
Я мав іти у на вихідний.
Та мав передати зміну іншому співробітнику.
Домовились що зміну передам на ін день.
Прийшовши на роботу помітив що замок взломаний і немає готівки в касі.
Я викликав охорону та сповістив керівництво
Керівництво сказало мені йти додому і прийти на наступній день
Прийшовши на наступній день мені сказали що Поліцію ніхто не викликав
Моє керівництво мене звільнило.
І не виплачує зп в розмірі 15000 грн
Що робити?”

Вони можуть порадити вам, як діяти в даній ситуації і як захистити свої права. Також можна подати скаргу до інспекції праці або до суду, якщо необхідно. Не залишайте цю ситуацію без уваги, боротьба за свої права важлива.

07.03.2024 14:14:48 1. Подати скаргу на роботодавця про незаконне звільнення до Державної служби з питань праці; 2. Подати позов до роботодавця про стягнення заборгованості, невиплаченої при звільненні; 3. Подати позов про визнання звільнення незаконним та поновлення на роботі (якщо є бажання повернутись в компанію та продовжити там працювати; хоча робити цього я не рекомендую — з тієї роботи вас все одно вичавлять, навіть якщо суд зобов'яже роботодавця поновити вас на роботі). На звернення до суду з позовом про стягнення боргу по зарплаті є три місяці; їх відлік розпочався з дня незаконного звільнення. Пропоную вам замовити платну послугу з захисту інтересів працівників у суді — стягнення зарплати.

11.03.2024 12:21:10 Доброго дня! Складати позовну заяву та подавати до суду, спочатку рекомендую поговорити з керівництвом і сказати, що у випадку якщо добровільно не заплатять Ваші кошти Ви змушені будете звертатись за захистом своїх прав до суду
