Recently, our team was asked a question: “Монобанк закрыл счет моему отцу, после того как он решил привязать новый номер, так как оператор заблокировал старый (по неизвестным причинам). Был видеозвонок в котором задавали вопросы на которые мой отец сложно отвечал (человек с села и необразованный), соответственно я ему помогал с ответами, на что банк делал замечания. После номер поменяли и уведомили, что банк принял решение закрыть счет. Без объяснения причины, ссылаясь на условия договора. Деньги отдают, но мы не хотим закрывать счет!”

05.12.2023 08:45:36 Це незаконно, оскільки банк не має права в односторонньому порядку розірвати договір банківського рахунку, тому тут можа подати скаргу на Нацбанк, або звернутися до суду
