Зазвичай у контрактах на службу в армії передбачені певні умови щодо можливості звільнення, такі як строк служби, умови розірвання контракту тощо. 24.04.2024 09:14:18 Вітаю, згідно нового закону про мобілізацію: Контракт припиняється (розривається), а військовослужбовці, які проходять військову службу за контрактом, звільняються з військової служби на підставах: 3) під час проведення мобілізації та дії воєнного стану: ж) у зв’язку з закінченням строку служби (якщо військовослужбовці не висловили бажання продовжувати військову службу) у разі закінчення строку контракту, але якщо він був укладеного під час дії воєнного стану. 24 лютого 2022 року у зв'язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України Указом Президента України № 64/2022 введено воєнний стан.

24.04.2024 20:47:49 Доброго дня. Як правило контракти підписуються до 3 років, або на інший термін. Це питання ви можете зясувати у своїй частині. За нормами нового закону, у разі якщо у вас контракт закінчився і ви не маєте бажання далі служити, то ви маєте право на звільнення, ця норма наберен чинності після 18.05.2024.
