We are a modern and dynamic legal marketplace "CONSULTANT", which is actively developing in the legal services market. As a leading player in the legal services sector, we are constantly improving our processes and solutions to meet the highest client requirements. 

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals, each of whom contributes to the overall success. In order to maintain high standards of work, ensure transparency and accuracy of all processes, we are actively looking for an external auditor (controller) of the sales department, who will be able to provide objective and independent control over the implementation of tasks and increase the efficiency of our team. 

Vacancy: Sales department controller 

We invite to cooperation a professional who will be able to monitor the work of our sales department, which consists of 7 departments of 4-10 people each, and the number of team members is constantly growing. Each department is managed by Timlid, and all teams compete with each other in terms of key indicators - conversion and cash flow. 

Today, our company is supervised by team leads over managers, marketers over team leads and managers, and the CEO supervises marketers. However, due to the close relationships within the team, there is a risk of covering up for shortcomings, which leads to a decrease in the quality of lead processing and possible theft of leads from each other.

Responsibilities of the external auditor of the sales department 

In this position, you will be responsible for: 

  • Verification of deleted leads. On an ongoing basis, you will be required to review all deleted leads using a sales script compliance checklist. This will require a lot of attention to tracking all stages: greeting, identifying the need, diagnosis, service offer, closing for a useful action, working through objections. Detecting any irregularities at these stages is critical to maintaining high standards of performance. A fixed price is paid for each violation detected, and the income depends on the number of such violations. 
  • Control over CRM management. Another important function of the auditor is to monitor compliance with the rules of CRM system maintenance.This work involves analysing and monitoring about 10,000 leads that are constantly in the system. It is necessary to control that each lead moves in accordance with the established rules. For each violation detected, the company pays money, which encourages close attention to detail. 
  • Follow-up calls. Conducting control calls to managers and lawyers, checking their integrity. This includes attempts to detect evidence of dishonest behaviour, such as offers to transfer funds to a personal card or transfer correspondence to a personal phone. For each such violation detected, the controller will receive a $1,000 bonus. These activities help maintain the company's reputation and ensure a high level of customer confidence. 
  • Preparation of training materials. You will also create and update training materials according to the company's needs, including sales scripts, CRM rules, briefings, etc. If you identify opportunities to improve processes, you will have the opportunity to present your proposals to management and receive a monetary reward. 
  • Reporting. One of the key responsibilities is to prepare and submit reports on a weekly basis. Every Friday by 12:00, the report must be ready and submitted, and at the end of the month, the monthly report must be ready. With this schedule, every Friday, by 18:00, the company pays you.

Requirements for the sales controller 

To perform the duties of this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: 

  1. Knowledge of sales psychology. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the principles and methods of sales psychology. This includes the ability to assess customer motivation and understand their needs at different stages of the sales process, as well as the ability to influence customer decision-making. 
  2. Experience in sales. At least one year of practical experience in sales is required. This will allow you to understand the specifics of the sales department and interact effectively with the team. 
  3. Understanding of CRM systems and telephony. You should have a good understanding of CRM systems and modern telephone technologies. The company currently uses its own CRM system and UniTalk telephony, so experience with similar tools will be an advantage. 
  4. Responsibility and diligence. Your position requires a high level of accountability for your duties and attention to detail. You will be involved in important aspects of control that directly affect the performance of the sales team. 
  5. Vigilance and attention to detail. The ability to scrutinise information, notice small details and process deficiencies that could affect the overall results. Ability to ensure the accuracy and quality of all control activities.
