4.The Ministry of Internal Affairs authorizes the affixing of an apostille on documents issued by it and its territorial bodies for the provision of service services, with the exception of documents related to the field of education and science.
5. The State Migration Service is authorized to certify apostilles of documents issued by it, its territorial bodies and territorial subdivisions, which relate to the field of migration, such as immigration, emigration, combating illegal migration, citizenship, refugees and other categories of migrants defined by legislation.
6. The State Tax Service of Ukraine is authorized to affix an apostille on documents issued by it and its territorial bodies.
Application submission:
1. In person or through a proxy: You can submit documents in person or through a proxy. You can also use the services of specialized companies engaged in apostillation of documents.
2. Payment of state duty: state duty must be paid before submitting documents. The size of the duty may change, so it is better to check the current rates on the official websites of the relevant ministries.
Additional tips:
1. Translation preparation: if the document is intended for use in a country with a different language, an official translation of the document may be required after apostillation. The translation must also be notarized.
