Це можливо тільки після подання ліквідаційної звітності, отримання акту звірки з ПФУ та проведення перевірки. Якщо за результатами такої перевірки у ФОП немає заборгованостей по сплаті платежів до бюджету, штрафних санкцій, то підприємцю встановлюється обліковий стан «припинено».Після підписання обхідного листа у різних відділах ДФС, в держреєстрі з’являється запис про зняття з обліку в якості платника ЄСВ.
03.11.2022 13:00:05 Доброго дня. Наявність заборгованості у ФОП не є перешкодою для реєстрації припинення ФОП. При цьому сіма заборгованості залишається і підлягає сплаті громадянином

03.11.2022 19:58:10 Закрити можна в реєстрі ЄДР , але в ДПІ подати ліквідаційний балан не зможете поки не будуть оплачені всі податки та збори. Закриваю ФОП віддалено як по ЄДР так і ДПІ з Вас ключі ЕЦП звертайтесь.
