Парламентарі підтримали легалізацію криптовалюти в Україні та віднесли віртуальні активи до сфери компетенції Нацбанку та Національної комісії з цінних паперів та фондового ринку. Верховна Рада Україна ухвалила закон про віртуальні активи з пропозиціями президента, який легалізує в країні криптовалюту. Однак даний закон поки що не набрав чинності.
