Recently, our team was asked a question: “Мому дядьку вручили повістку для «уточнення даних». По факту, пройшов медкомісію з тиском 170/110, діабет, надмірна вага, проблеми зі спиною (це мало б враховуватись) але на жаль, він на обліку в лікарні не стояв. Має їхати на навчання. Залишається жінка з маленькою дитиною, в якої не працююча рука(має бути операція) і 3 група по астмі. Чи можна зараз оскаржувати їхній висновок? Відповідь потрібна терміново!”

14.02.2023 08:17:28 Доброго ранку. Взагалі у Вашого дядька в сім'ї інвалід, він має право на відстрочку. Якщо Він не згоден з рішенням ВЛК, звісно можна його окскаржити до ВЛК вищого рівня або ЦВЛК, а також у судовому порядку. Дякую.
14.02.2023 09:13:29 Доброго дня! Так, можна оскаржити висновок до Центральної військово-лікарської комісії, якщо результату не буде, оскаржуйте висновок до адміністративного суду. В скарзі потрібно детально описати з чим саме ви не погоджуєтесь у висновку ВЛК
14.02.2023 12:02:28 ЯКщо у дружини 3 група інвалідності, то чоловік має право на відстрочку від мобілізації. Треба було писати заяву про надання відстрочки після проходження влк. Також 3 група інвалідності дружини є підствою для звільнення з ЗСУ.
