31.10.2023 11:59:40 Ні, вас не можуть перевести без вашої згоди. Ваша згода є необхідною умовою для будь-якого переведення або переміщення. Це стосується як фізичного, так і юридичного переміщення особи. Переведення без згоди особи може бути незаконним і порушувати права людини.
01.11.2023 10:33:20 Доброго дня! Відповідно до п. 112 Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у ЗСУ військовослужбовець може бути переміщений на нове місце військової служби з однієї військової частини в іншу: 1) у випадках, визначених пунктом 82 зазначеного Положення, зокрема, при переведенні на нижчу посаду, а також в порядку виконання дисциплінарного стягнення; 2) а також, якщо з урахуванням вчиненого правопорушення військовослужбовець, якому призначено покарання у вигляді службового обмеження для військовослужбовців, не може бути залишений на посаді, пов'язаній з керівництвом підлеглими особами. Зазначене переміщення здійснюється без згоди військовослужбовця, крім таких випадків: Переведення згідно з висновком (постановою) військово-лікарської комісії (обмежена придатність); Неможливість проживання членів сім'ї військовослужбовця за станом здоров'я в місцевості, в якій його переміщують; Потреба в догляді за непрацездатними чи хворими батьками та іншими.
