Доброго дня! Так, на підставі ст. 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію", а саме у звязку із наявністю 3 дітей. До рапорту про звільнення необхідно буде долучити копії трьох свідоцтв про народження.
